All applicants must have applied and been accepted to Texas State University before submitting an application to the Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) Program.
You must provide your Texas State ID # A0_ _ _ _ _ _ _ on the application form.
Applications must be received by the MLS Program on or before February 15th
