Welcome to the Texas State University Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) Admissions Module. 

You may read through this module for information about our program and prerequisites. 

Complete the "End of Admissions Module Quiz" ONLY if you are serious about applying and want to be contacted by a member of the MLS department.

Most of your questions will be answered here. Please complete this module and quiz prior to calling the MLS program for information. A member of the MLS department will contact you via email within 2 weeks of completion of the "End of Admissions Module Quiz."

The application will be sent to you by one of the MLS Faculty/Staff following completion of the quiz.
