This form may be used to submit questions to our Health Professions advising staff. An advisor will usually send a response to your TXST email within 3-5 business days.

Please read the following procedures and guidelines to have your question answered.

You will need your Texas State ID number (A0...) in addition to your student email (NetID@txstate.edu) to submit the form.
To ensure a timely response, please be as specific and detailed as possible.
Responses will be sent only during normal working hours, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Responses will typically be sent within 3-5 business days. Wait times may increase during high-volume advising times.
This is not intended for long term planning or to replace an advising appointment, but rather to answer "quick" questions.
