Online Payments

The Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic is happy to offer online credit card payments for services.  Cash and check payments will continue to be accepted in the clinic office.  Some important information to remember:

  • A $5.00 convenience fee will be added to each transaction for online payments.
  • Credit card payments will only be accepted online.  The clinic office is not equipped to accept credit cards.
  • Prorated refunds will be given for clients who have been recommended for discharge.
  • No refunds will be provided for missed sessions.
  • In the event of accidental overpayment or duplicate payment, please contact the clinic to arrange a refund or have a credit applied to future charges.

Instructions for Payment

  • Payments may be made here: SLH Clinic Payments
  • Click on the appropriate icon for services (Speech or Hearing)
  • Enter the payment amount and clinic on “Add to Cart”
  • Enter patient name, phone number, and click continue
    • (Payment amount will be provided by the clinic administration staff 512-716-2600)
    • You may enter client initials if you do not know your patient ID number after the phone number
  • Review payment amount and click “Checkout”
  • Enter email address, click on “Continue”
  • Provide credit card information and billing information and click “Continue”
  • Payment receipt will show and a confirmation Email will be sent
