Health Sciences Graduation Plan Request

Use the form below to request a graduation plan for upcoming semester course recommendations to help you meet your estimated graduation timeline. An academic advisor will review your request, create a proposed class plan for you through Navigate. This graduation plan request is offered to assist you with your graduation planning timeline. If the graduation plan does not meet your desired timeline, we recommend following up with an academic advisor by calling 512-245-3506 to schedule an advising appointment.
