This unique, two-part therapy program, developed by the Parkinson Voice Project, typically consists of twelve sessions.  These sessions guide patients through a combination of speech, voice, and cognitive exercises intended to strengthen the muscles used for speaking and swallowing.

After completing SPEAK OUT!®, patients transition to the second part of the program, SPEAK OUT! Group®.”  This maintenance program is held weekly during the academic year to help people with Parkinson's maintain the strength of their voices with ongoing vocal practice, accountability, support, and encouragement within a group setting.

Check out more about these awesome programs, and learn more about Parkinson's at the Parkinson's Voice Project Website.
