Associated Program Costs

In addition to regular university tuition and fees, students should expect to pay program-related expenses. These may include the following costs:

Background check/Drug testing--$85
CPR certification--$40-$60
Scrubs--$105
Uniform (program polo shirt)--$30
Immunizations--$35 (w/Texas State University insurance)
ASRT membership fee--$35
Travel for clinical experience at sites outside of Round Rock including but not limited to the Austin and San Antonio area. See chart below for mileage from the Round Rock campus.

TXSTATE and its affiliated clinical facilities are not responsible for any student medical expenses incurred while enrolled in the Radiation Therapy program. Medical and health insurance is required while enrolled in the program.
